Chidimma is pursuing a doctorate in Global Leadership & Change at Pepperdine University's Graduate School of Education and Psychology (GSEP).

 

At Gensler, she is a Strategist, Research Champion, Race + DEI Co-Leader, and Southwest Region Sustainability, Wellbeing, and Resilience Exams Leader. Her roles involve researching and presenting strategic insights, conducting visioning sessions, and designing programming initiatives.

 

Chidimma holds an MBA from Concordia University and a Master of Interior Architecture from the Interior Designers Institute (IDI), where she also teaches as an adjunct professor. Her sustainability, resilience, and well-being expertise enhance the built environment's quality.
