Chidimma is a doctoral candidate in Global Leadership & Change at Pepperdine University’s Graduate School of Education and Psychology (GSEP), where her research explores the intersections of collaborative leadership, gender equality, and work-life integration.

 

At Gensler, she is a Strategist, Research Champion, and Sustainability, Well-being, and Resilience Exams Leader for the Southwest Region. Her roles involve researching and presenting strategic insights, conducting visioning sessions, and designing programming initiatives.

 

Chidimma brings a multidisciplinary background, holding an MBA from Concordia University and a Master of Interior Architecture from Interior Designers Institute (IDI), where she also teaches as an adjunct professor. ​
