Chidimma is pursuing a doctorate in Global Leadership & Change at Pepperdine University's Graduate School of Education and Psychology (GSEP).

 

At Gensler, she is a Strategist, Research Champion, and Southwest Region Sustainability, Well-being, and Resilience Exams Leader. Her roles involve researching and presenting strategic insights, conducting visioning sessions, and designing programming initiatives.

 

Chidimma holds an MBA from Concordia University and a Master of Interior Architecture from the Interior Designers Institute (IDI), where she also teaches as an adjunct professor. Her sustainability, resilience, and well-being expertise enhance the built environment's quality.
